It’s important to vote in our upcoming Bellbrook election. Please make a plan to vote! There are 3 different ways you can do this!

The most popular way to vote is on Election Day. This is on November 4, 2025. Polls are open 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. You can find your polling location here: https://lookup.boe.ohio.gov/vtrapp/greene/pollfinder.aspx. Be sure to thank the workers – they’re there for the entire day and trained to run a fair election!

Second way to vote – Early voting starts October 7. In Greene County, here is all the information you need, including location and hours: https://www.boe.ohio.gov/greene/election-info/early-voting-hours/

The third way to vote is by requesting an absentee ballot, and vote by mail. You can do this now! Remember, you mail in your request, they mail the ballot to you, and you mail it back in or drop it off. You can print off your absentee ballot request here: https://www.boe.ohio.gov/comoh/Absentee_Request_11-A.pdf. It must be mailed in to Greene County Board of Elections, 551 Ledbetter Road, Xenia OH 45385 OR dropped off to that address. To see the complete rules, please go to the Board of Elections website at https://www.boe.ohio.gov/greene/absentee-information/absentee-voting/

Why am I so passionate about voting? I’ve worked at polling locations in both Kentucky and Ohio since 2016, serving as “judge” and “sheriff” in Kentucky (some details are different there!) as well as Precinct Election Official, Voting Location Manager, PEO recruiter, and seasonal worker here in Greene County. It’s inspiring to see folks of both parties trained to work together and conduct a clean election that is fair to all. I have never felt more patriotic than my time spent in the election process. It’s SO IMPORTANT to vote in every election.

Jenn’s Election tips: Take the time to check your ID now. Your driver’s license works, plus a few other forms of ID like a passport, and you can check here to make sure your ID will be accepted: https://www.ohiosos.gov/elections/voters/id-requirements/. MAKE SURE IT’S NOT EXPIRED ON THE DAY YOU VOTE! I personally prefer early voting – what if I was sick on Election Day? I like to take a look at my ballot online, at home. Sometimes there is a surprise in the voting booth if you haven’t looked in advance! Find your ballot by clicking on Cities then Bellbrook at: https://lookup.boe.ohio.gov/vtrapp/greene/ballotlist.aspx
